Hello, before we begin let's get the files for class.

1. Please download the zip file below called "Excel 2 files"
2. After downloading unzip or extract and put in Documents or Desktop.
3. We recommend using Chrome. Firefox or Edge or Internet Explorer should also work.

Finally, it is recommended you follow along with the exercises using a desktop or laptop, but the course can be viewed on a tablet or smartphone.

Either use two monitors or if you only have one monitor, put Excel on one side and the video on the other as shown below. See the screen shot titled Two windows on my screen below.

Note: I designed this course you can jump to whatever lecture you want. If you want to learn sorting and filtering first, start in Unit 5. If you want to then learn outlining and consolidating, go to Unit 3.
