I walk you through several scenarios to help you decide when is a good idea to use a group chat with several people and when to create a Team. In Teams, group chats have a limited number of participants, but also, for practical reasons, you may want to make the team to discuss with larger numbers of people, put people into channels, share files and work on short or long-term projects. I discuss all these in this session.
